Since its inception in 1996, our growth started with one moderately sized shopping center in Mesa, Arizona into a portfolio encompassing over 3.5 million square feet of commercial development with a current value of $750 million.

The Davis Group, LLP is a full service retail and mixed-use developer/ redeveloper with established developments in multiple states across the United States and now internationally.  The Davis Group, LLP is headquartered in New Mexico with offices in Beverly Hills and downtown Los Angeles, CA.  From acquisition to entitlements; development and redevelopment; from leasing to property management and now Asset Management (all new division) - TDG responds to ever changing market conditions ensuring partnership profitability and successful tenant relationships.
